- Brodey Hasty, Brentwood TN: The junior ran 15:09 to repeat at Tennessee Division 1 AAA State Champion, beating his senior teammate, Taylor Vroon by one second.

- Sasha Neglia, Dobyns-Bennett TN: The freshman won the Tennessee Division 1 AAA State Championships in 17:32.

- Tyler Marshall, Champlain Valley Union VT: The senior ran 16:13 to repeat as Vermont Division 1 State Champion.

- Rena Schwartz, Green Mt. Valley VT: The junior won the Vermont Division 1 State Championships in 19:05.

- Yacine Guermali, Camas WA: The senior won the Washington 4A State Championships in 15:12.

- Taylor Roe, Lake Stevens WA: The sophomore ran 17:34 to repeat as Washington 4A State Champion.

- Zak Ahmad, Staples CT: The senior won the Connecticut State Open Championships in 15:46.
